Having worked together at two different engineering firms in San Diego, Lisa and Steven realized they shared a passion for their profession as well as having similar personal values and ethics. These common interests and qualities prompted Lisa and Steven to join forces and establish a civil engineering firm focused on providing entitlement services, civil engineering design and permitting services, and construction administration services to clients in various development sectors.
Lisa and Steven bring over 50 years of combined experience in San Diego and Southern California, managing technologies, design and support staff, project consultants, project schedules and budgets, the production and processing of project documents, and project challenges and issues for projects varying in size from small to large scale. In addition to their management experiences, Lisa and Steven also have the technical skills to determine the best approach, and to guide support staff to meet the needs of all projects and clients.
