BUILDING PERMIT SERVICES

We assist owners, contractors, and architects with the successful processing of building department plans and associated documents. These services include assisting with the permitting of the building structures and retaining walls. Our experienced staff will assist with coordinating the many issues and conditions to ensure success in obtaining agency approvals.

ADA COMPLIANCE

In addition to assisting with the overall building permit process, our staff has been called upon to provide expertise in solving the specific challenges of existing non-compliant ADA parking and accessability. Our staff has successfully designed new improvements to meet the latest ADA requirements.
